How Fusion can help your organisation

Capacity Building

Fusion provides tailor made support for each local group. The purpose is to help them attract external funding and run sustainably. A key part of this process is to deliver one to one support within each organisation over a period of time to ensure that each one is helped to achieve its goals.

Fusion One Stop Centre - Free Internet and Office Facilities

Free Internet and Office Facilities are available for community groups in South Kilburn at our One Stop Centre. A worker is on hand to provide day to day help and there will be deskspace for small and emerging groups. The One Stop Centre is also include space for meetings, one to one support sessions, training and much more.

Events

Events are bringing South Kilburn groups together for networking, sharing and learning lessons from each other’s experiences. They offer opportunities to showcase achievements and meet funders.

Consortiums

Fusion is helping to develop existing or new consortiums of complementary local groups. This process supports more effective networking, reduces duplication and boosts fundraising efforts.

Fusion Fund

Each year we run the Fusion Fund - a grants programme that supports community projects in South Kilburn
